What’s it like working at Miyoshi?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Miyoshi value the teamwork and camaraderie among co-workers, who are often described as friendly and supportive, even like family. There are opportunities to learn and develop leadership skills, and some feel the compensation is competitive compared to other Japanese companies. Positive reviews also highlight good middle management that is fair and concerned about employees' needs.

However, some potential areas for improvement include enhancing training and onboarding processes to provide better initial guidance for new employees. The work environment can be challenging at times, with high workloads, long hours, and the need for continuous problem-solving. There may also be opportunities to improve safety practices and employee benefits, such as providing adequate personal protective equipment and expanding benefit offerings.

One of the worst companies I've ever been to
The good thingsMy co-workers were friendly and respectful. The salary is at least average.
The challengesThe company doesn't care about the safety of its workers. They don't provide adequate PPEs for the workers. You will have to buy your own if you want a better equipment. Poor benefits and poor Management. Management is incompetent and selfish. On top of my own experience, I have also heard stories from my co-workers about how bad the management of the company is. They also weren't clear of what they expect from you and there is no formal training. They expect you to know everything after only 2 weeks of working there.
