    It changes the way i look into information Technology, there's more to offer :)
    The good thingsI just love how they put time, effort and money just to train the people.
    The challengesThere should be employee engagement, and management should follow their own standards. I know they're trying to improve some rules but sometimes rules are bypassed by few exceptions. The thing is, some exceptions are ruining these rules to the extent they will come up again another set of rules.
