    One of the worst companies I've ever been to
    The good thingsMy co-workers were friendly and respectful. The salary is at least average.
    The challengesThe company doesn't care about the safety of its workers. They don't provide adequate PPEs for the workers. You will have to buy your own if you want a better equipment. Poor benefits and poor Management. Management is incompetent and selfish. On top of my own experience, I have also heard stories from my co-workers about how bad the management of the company is. They also weren't clear of what they expect from you and there is no formal training. They expect you to know everything after only 2 weeks of working there.

    The challengeseveryday is a challenge. you will always think of ideas of how to increase the yield of your line. infinite problems. haha. they dont give you training..they will just deploy you on your line with no orientation on what really going on the line..

    The good thingsGreat middle management, hard-working employees, good camaraderie, company got high volume (overtime)
    The challengesBenefits at minimal. meal allowance 20/day, Transpo 625/cut off, employee only provided health card. Summer outing/family day were put on hold No rice subsidy, low annual increment and NO RETIREMENT / SEPARATION PAY.

    Im hired as Process Engineer through my a[[;ication in Jobs street
    The good thingsThe management are good in leadership and fair in all employees. They have the concern in the needs of their people. You can work better and efficiency because the people there is pleasant to be with and open for ideas and improvement for the common goal and successful of the company. They teach me to build my character as a leader and how to decide. Do what is right not what is easy.
    The challengesThe challenges is part of my responsibility as process engineer. One of this is my skills, all the process are new to me and everyday is a learning process. And also, improving the process and product is the most challenge of all. But with the help of my co-associates there's nothing impossible in doing my responsibility as a Process engineer.
