From a land development contractor, it evolved into a large operating company with consolidated businesses on 5 to 10 storey medium rise and high rise buildings, commercial retail structures, mall fit- outs, school buildings, ready mix concrete, housing construction and manufacturing of concrete pavers. Later on, MGS Ready Mix made its own distinction as the company expanded.
