    The challengesSeeking a better management since it tends to do quick/rapid/rush decisions in regards what to do with their assets. Labor salary/compensation is quite low. They need to show more love to their people.

    The challengesUnprofessional HR that won't respond to you for days. They will leave you on seen. They don't even provide soft/hard copies of your signed contract as your copy even you requested.

    No proper treatment on Engineers under Readymix Department
    The good thingsThe co-workers with the same level.
    The challengesThe greatest challenge on this company, under readymix department is the operations head that is micromanaging. It's hard to work with a person that don't know how to properly treat a person. I don't recommend working at MGS Readymix, Inc. There is no work-life balance here, even you're on your day-off, the boss will be contacting you.
