Many appreciate the opportunities to learn and develop new skills, particularly in construction and engineering, with supportive management and supervisors who help them improve. The company offers competitive compensation and complete benefits, and employees recognise the emphasis on safety practices and proper equipment.

    Lack of professionalism
The good thingsThe work itself was manageable and provided decent hands-on experience
The challengesIn my personal experience, the workplace environment within the plant was difficult due to management practices and internal dynamics that negatively affected morale. Leadership style is unfair and communication within the team did not always feel constructive or supportive. I also felt that employee concerns and contributions were not consistently valued, which created frustration among some team members. Compensation was not particularly competitive considering the workload and working environment.
