The organization's culture is deeply concerning, marked by significant toxicity. Many individuals in top and middle management frequently overstep their roles, presenting themselves as subject matter experts in areas outside their expertise. Reports are often sugarcoated, failing to provide an accurate reflection of actual field conditions. Promotions appear to be influenced more by favoritism and sycophancy rather than merit, creating an environment where even underperforming employees are rewarded as long as they align with the views of senior leaders even when the ideas are flawed. This biased system has contributed to their high attrition rate, largely driven by the poor decision-making and mismanagement at the top level. I wont recommend this company to anyone especially to newbies unless the management changes. It's a waste of time.
The good thingsFirst six years with the company, it stood out as an exceptional employer. It fostered an inclusive environment where every employee's voice was heard and valued. The company actively promoted learning and growth, equipping employees with valuable skills to enhance their performance.
The challengesThe "Boss" demonstrated a highly self-centered approach, often positioning himself as a relentless devil's advocate. He consistently believed he had all the answers and showed little willingness to consider or accept alternative ideas from others.
