    Power-tripping manager
    The good thingsActual work is okay, pay is not competitive
    The challengesManager of the plant is very biased and unprofessional. Likes power-tripping and backstabbing subordinates to other subordinates. He has a history of power tripping from other companies but dmci let him in and spread negativity. This company will lose competent employess if they keep hiring people like that. Good luck
