Good for building experience in terms of work, good for building financial discipline, good if you want to build adversity quotient, good if you enjoy the company of pinoy mindset. Bad if you are looking for a place for career growth, or if you're looking to just work and mind your own goals, bad for mental health, bad if you are a cultured person.
The good things-You can present your requests for leave, shift swap, VL, SL and have the higher ups decide if can be made possible -My direct superior shares the same values with me -Some improvements were made: office tools, software, TL training, and culture awareness
The challenges-Power play, some bosses are young and seek validation. They only started training their TL's in 2024 -They are unable to keep people and clients due to culture and ethics -They struggle to manage their finances (pay is only once a month, last payment for government contributions July 2024)

Not a good place to commit for long-term employment
The good thingsThe work itself is madali considering na paulit-ulit lang ang ginagawa tho, iba-iba yung assigned tasks depende sa TL or sa needs ng ops.
The challengesThe toxic management. Recently, they were frequently revising the company policy / guidelines almost weekly since around feb 2025 up until this april. They also removed the only benefit that matters most, hybrid setup. No benefits, allowance, uncompetitive salary.

The good things> friendly co-workers > very good and competitive team leader > office is well ventilated
The challenges> has too many workloads but not well compensated > once a month salary > shifting schedule > lack of computers/remote PC
