    The good thingsOur top management like the VP and Pres are supportive, they will encourage you to bring out the best in you by letting you perform the assigned task for you. Though they cannot understand what you are saying since they are not Filipino they will let you explain your part or side.
    The challengesAside from the big boss, dealing with the top management can be considered a hard one. Managers has their own outlook in like on how to achieve the goal of the company and they tend to manipulate their subordinates in a way they want to not realizing that their subordinates has their own idea on how to execute the task.
