    Good working environment and Culture. A great place to work!
    The good thingsMCVO employees and Management are all supportive, and I would like to continue working here as long as I can. It was indeed a good opportunity to work in this company. With all honesty, I am happy and have no complaints at all. MCVO had helped me grow as a person and develop my skills.
    The challengesI can't think of any. Even if we are working from home, we have company events that allow us to see each other.

    The good thingsThe culture of the company is built on a foundation of respect and high standards, but what I appreciate most is the core values that it does it best to uphold from the upper management to all the staff. We aren’t perfect, and the company doesn't pretend to be. Instead, they remain committed to their values and use every "growth pain" as a chance to get better. If you value a workplace that is true to its mission and constantly learning, this is exactly MCVO.
    The challengesBridging the gap between a startup feel and enterprise-level standards, so responsibilities can shift quickly. While this fluidity requires adaptability, it’s also our greatest strength. The 'con' of ambiguity is outweighed by the fulfillment of evolving alongside the company. We aren't just filling roles; we are building our careers as the business builds itself."

    The good thingsI like how the MCVO management advocates for each member's growth while also emphasizing teamwork and camaraderie. Also, I admire the company's core values which emanated from the CEO herself and followed suit by everyone from top to bottom.

They prioritize work-life balance, give us opportunities to relax and bond through sports events, etc. and most importantly, they listen to our feedback. It’s rare to find a workplace that values both professional growth and personal well-being.
    The challengesHonestly, I have no complaints. So far, I’m genuinely happy with how things are going. The environment, the people, and the management all contribute to a great working experience.

    The good thingsJust the benefits/allowances.
    The challengesManagement are relatives. Issues are swept under the rug and no actions are taken to incidents. Said that we can work-from-home but management will ask you to work onsite “not mandatory but highly encouraged” and “think of the electrical bills and rent of the office if no one is using it”

    Family in Disguised as Company
    The good thingsMCVO onboarding was all good - smooth like butter. Head of each department are all friendly and accommodating. I've been working for almost 8 years as a freelancer, this is my first work under an agency and I thank God for leading me to the right company. Every month, we have happy hour which I really like because it lets you bond with other WFH workers plus the games - super fun! I felt like I found myself a 2nd family that disguised as company.
    The challengesDuring the onboarding, I guess my only concern was the update after each phase. I don't have any work during that moment maybe that's why I've been very persistent and excited to get an update. And then, when I get to work already, it is the time tracking and reporting that I had to get used to - might be because I'm just freelancing before. So far, I am almost 3 months working with them and it's all good, with God's grace.

    The good thingsOn the first few months that I've worked here, the company truly treats you well until you get the hang of the workflow.
    The challengesThey could resolve certain issues faster, especially if there are some higher ups available on site during work hours.
