    Good working environment and Culture. A great place to work!
    The good thingsMCVO employees and Management are all supportive, and I would like to continue working here as long as I can. It was indeed a good opportunity to work in this company. With all honesty, I am happy and have no complaints at all. MCVO had helped me grow as a person and develop my skills.
    The challengesI can't think of any. Even if we are working from home, we have company events that allow us to see each other.

    MCVO is an excellent workplace to be because of many reasons, the most important of which are the culture and the people.
    The good thingsI like how the MCVO management advocates for each member's growth while also emphasizing teamwork and camaraderie. Also, I admire the company's core values which emanated from the CEO herself and followed suit by everyone from top to bottom.
    The challengesSometimes, the workload can be challenging especially when not managed properly.

    A truly fulfilling and stress-free work experience where I feel valued, supported, and excited to grow with a company that genuinely cares for its employees.
    The good thingsMCVO genuinely cares for its employees. They prioritize work-life balance, give us opportunities to relax and bond through sports events, etc. and most importantly, they listen to our feedback. It’s rare to find a workplace that values both professional growth and personal well-being.
    The challengesHonestly, I have no complaints. So far, I’m genuinely happy with how things are going. The environment, the people, and the management all contribute to a great working experience.

    The good thingsMCVO fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment. The department heads listen to the employees needs. HR organizes happy hours and monthly teaching, which are fantastic opportunities to bond with colleagues, especially for those working from home.

    The good thingsI never expected I could find a company to work for that I would love. Everybody I have worked with here has been so respectful and friendly. From my department mates up to the CEO. They are all down-to-earth super nice and understanding. Career growth is performance-based and salary is relatively competitive than other companies. If you are looking for a dream working environment and set-up, you'll never regret working for MCVO.

    I enhanced my photo editing skill set here, and also has a friendly environment working on-site.
    The good thingsI really loved how the company care with its employee specially with the Health Insurance Benefits. -Good communication and understanding for both inside and outside work from our Manager. (Photo Editing Dept.) -Most of the time salary is provided on time. -Average Pay -Makati Area Office.
    The challengesPaid Time Off points provided partially. Lacking of employee fun activities and interactions. (Covid effect i guess??)

    The good thingsI really love the events and costume parties that MCVO held! I love that I can communicate with my supervisors and managers when I am challenged with work. I am hoping to see all of my workmates after the pandemic. <3 MCVO accepted me as a fresh grad and I am happy to say that I have been with the company for 3years and counting! <3
    The challengesI would like to see more activities for employees now that it's hard to connect with my peers. To have a sense of belonging even from working from home.

    MCVO is a great company to be with because management actually listens to its employees
    The good thingsMCVO gives its employees freedom to express and listens to their suggestions and opinions regarding the improvement of the company which I find quite great and helpful to both employees and management.
    The challengesSome clients have really bad vidoegraphers but have their expectations really high. Even though the video editing team strives to give quality products, this could be also a problem when there is a surge of orders.
