    We have a great story to tell. Our founder and CEO is a Philippine born entrepreneur who’s been working in the US for the past 20 years. About 5 years ago, a United States based company , who our CEO/Founder has a affiliation .ventured into outsourcing some of its business processes, which started with web development . Fast forward to today, they have 50+outsourced contractors both in the Philippines and India that provides internet marketing , web development , web design and album layout design services. Their experience with the talented and skilled workers in both countries encourages our CEO, who was of one of their C-level officers, to start her own business process outsourcing unit in the Philippines , known as MCVO Talent Outsourcing Services.An affiliate of a 25+year old U.S based company, we are proud to contribute in delivering opportunities to talented individuals who want to be critical contributors of an exciting and growing company.Our growth relies heavily upon the resources of amazing talents as we strive to provide a customer experience to our clients beyond compare.

    The good thingsMCVO employees and Management are all supportive, and I would like to continue working here as long as I can. It was indeed a good opportunity to work in this company. With all honesty, I am happy and have no complaints at all. MCVO had helped me grow as a person and develop my skills.
    The challengesI can't think of any. Even if we are working from home, we have company events that allow us to see each other.
