MCVO, One of the BPO's Best Company!The good thingsI am grateful to be part of MCVO, From the Top Management, Department Heads are all kind and approachable. I can easily get along with the Team I belong with, everyone we're with seems accommodative. And what inspired me most was the care and encouragement from the CEO of the Company. It’s an open connection from the CEO, they’re reachable and that's the most wonderful I ever experienced. And with regards to employee benefits they are also good at it with company Bonus. So grateful that I was able to receive it. And some trainings we’re also given as necessary and Town Hall with Awards and recognition for the employee’s excellence works.
The challengesTypical challenges may occur when you just start with the client, how to work on with their system, and the reporting process. Mostly on dealing with the Client I am handling. But after weeks I settled everything and had a good working relationship with them.
