That was a great experience, so much learning about engineering works, aircraft maintenance scheduling mostly in helicopters and jets, the weight and balance, etc. etc.
The good thingsI enjoy lot of things here, from the workloads with the co-workers (OJTs) and the bosses.
The challengesSome worker or employee loves to eat, I think sometimes it is their way relax themselves or to have break in work. The company should improve the canteen to make working there better. :)

My experience here at lionair is very important, my first ever aircraft exposure. Making my dreams feel so close and makes me feel better to see those aircraft fyling, taking-off and landing.
The good thingsI able to see those flying aircraft day and night. Also able to experience maintaining the safety of the aircraft and the passengers. Working as a team, obeys the house rules and making sure everyone is safe and away from danger
The challengesAble to do all the task from the head mechanic down to the lead man. Able to work during holidays or worked while the weather is to hot and rainy season. I able to ignore those employees that annoyed so much.
