    I was able to gain broad knowledge of being a trainer.
    The good thingsI was able to learn so much in this company as I was given the opportunity to be part of the management team. I became the trainer for 3 different accounts and that helped me acquire skills relevant to the industry. Kinect has been the instrument for me to grow as a person and a leader both in the work place and at home.
    The challengesSince Kinect is just starting to grow. There are tasks given to us as we lack people to do it. Job descriptions for each staff are not being followed as they kept on losing employees given the fact that there are few employees. They kept replacing people who resigned but didn't give into consideration the right solution to the problem. So it became repetitive and then growth became stagnant.
