Not for those seeking for a long term stay but enough to pay for the bills
The good thingsHMO benefits and coverage
The challengesMembers of the manufacturing team are not cooperative, projects are poorly planned and executed, no work-life balance, you are expected to work overtime, weekends and worse, overnight, KPI's are set unrealistically (majority of it comes from the project/production overall performance which is beyond your control), and poor management especially the ones in the highest position-- I don't know if they have a good vision for the company at all, but from what I can observed, whenever we encounter issues in the production, they spontaneously make drastic countermeasures, horrendously poor decision making and on top of that, I'm not even sure if they are still guided by lean and six sigma principles.

The company is only good for those who want get experience but is not a good company to retire due to the minimal benefits and low career progression. Promotion is based on politics, not on skill and performance.
The good thingsGood company when you want to have experience because of the high pressure environment.
The challengesManagement is full of corporate politics. Good and performing employees are not recognized. Those who are favored by management, despite not that qualified, are being promoted on top of those who are much qualified. Also the problem is the behavior of the managers always scolding and saying bad words against employees to pressure them in their work. Old school managers. The medical benefits are ridiculous given the high stress environment. Compensation is ok but increases are very minimal. Not suitable company for retirement.
