Not for those seeking for a long term stay but enough to pay for the billsThe good thingsHMO benefits and coverage
The challengesMembers of the manufacturing team are not cooperative, projects are poorly planned and executed, no work-life balance, you are expected to work overtime, weekends and worse, overnight, KPI's are set unrealistically (majority of it comes from the project/production overall performance which is beyond your control), and poor management especially the ones in the highest position-- I don't know if they have a good vision for the company at all, but from what I can observed, whenever we encounter issues in the production, they spontaneously make drastic countermeasures, horrendously poor decision making and on top of that, I'm not even sure if they are still guided by lean and six sigma principles.
