(IIA-P), founded in 1948, is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of the Internal Audit profession in the Philippines, as well as in promoting its value to the organizations and the community.IIA-P is the 3rd organization to be affiliated with The IIA Inc. and earned its “Institute” status in 1990; and, is a member of the Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors (ACIIA) with seventeen (17) IIA affiliate-organization in the Asia Pacific region.IIA-P offers a wide variety of activities to advocate the practice of internal auditing and provide networking opportunities, benchmarking & sharing of best practices among peers in the industry or sector, and learning & development on relevant topics concerning internal auditing, governance, risk management, and internal control.
