    The good thingsGood opportunity for personal and professional growth. Inspiring company mission. Encouraging, considerate and very competent CEO. Awesome workmates. Good pay. Flexible work hours. Grateful to be part of the Innerworks TEAM.
    The challengesI'm always challenged to go beyond my comfort zone (which is a good thing). Traffic in surrounding areas is a concern.

    Working here at Innerworks has been fufilling
    The good thingsEveryone knows each other here and we all get along well. Our managers are a solid group of leaders who takes care of their team well. Our CEO meets with them regularly and they make sure we are all on the same page in terms of schedules and expectations on work. It is very professional, but that doesn't mean we don't have fun at work. Me and the team joke a lot and poke fun at each other.
    The challengesTask delegation can be improved. Some members work more than most due to their experience and efficiency. I guess the junior staff can learn more thru seminars and workshops, which we do have from time to time.
