    Unstable and Unreliable Work EnvironmentMy experience with this company has been marked by a severe lack of job security. One day you’re working, and the next day you’re left wondering if you’ll still have a job. The constant fear of unexpected layoffs creates a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere that makes it difficult to focus or feel valued. It's disheartening to see colleagues come and go without warning, and there's little to no transparency or communication from management about long-term plans or stability. I hope this company can reflect on how important it is to foster a sense of stability and trust for its employees.

    The work environment was what made me stay.
    The good thingsWhat I remembered the most was them having a game tournament. Since it was Sony, we were using Sony PSP's. They would have the competition in-between the employee's break schedule. Everyone was having fun.
    The challengesThe challenge back them was getting promoted. There were a lot of employees and it felt like they were basing the promotion from seniority and not from your skills. Still, everyone there was really competitive.

    Newbies are on their own when endorsed to operations | senior employee powertripping

    The challengesCompensation, monthly pay can't clarify with the employees, issues with allowances and floorwalking (esp. To those just endorsed to the ops) is NOT good. Will let the newbies to on their own during calls finding out what to do with their concern, result long AHT. Then reprimand during coaching sessions.

    The challengesManagement should adapt quickly to employee survey suggestions to upgrade working environments and eliminate forced overtime work. Requesting for vacation leaves takes a month before your requested schedule and is subject to approval. I hope they can change it to a weeks notice before your requested leave.

    The challengesTraining ground wise HGS is a good training ground. A specific account is not the account you’re going to last in a span of 1 year, I handled Benefits and Eligibility, CLAIMS, APPEALS. Draining at some point knowing that my basic is not that compensating.
