    Unstable and Unreliable Work EnvironmentMy experience with this company has been marked by a severe lack of job security. One day you’re working, and the next day you’re left wondering if you’ll still have a job. The constant fear of unexpected layoffs creates a stressful and demoralizing atmosphere that makes it difficult to focus or feel valued. It's disheartening to see colleagues come and go without warning, and there's little to no transparency or communication from management about long-term plans or stability. I hope this company can reflect on how important it is to foster a sense of stability and trust for its employees.

    The good thingsThis was my first work and all of the people here we're all good. They help you out if you need help. They have good facilities. All the team leaders, trainers and staffs are nice. Gives free meals specialy when there is a storm or special holiday.
    The challengesThe site where i work before was a little bit small. They don't have a proper sleeping quartes, they do have but it's just like a reclining chair. Had a problem about signing bonus and backpay. The pantry was really small.

    The good thingsThey offer a good working environment. Management as well as colleagues are great to be friends with. Work schedule is not that hard to be manage at all.
    The challengesI am actually hoping that they also offer higher compensation specially to those with tenure stay with the company.
