    I was given tasks and responsibilities in The Butchery Kitchen throughout my whole internship at The Heritage Hotel Manila. I work a rotating shift, and it changes based on the instructions I've been given. I was exposed to a lot of kitchen work.
    The good thingsI've learned a ton from working in the Butchery Kitchen. I was able to learn the proper and quick method for chopping meat. I also learned how to clean seashells properly. Additionally, I picked up a lot of knowledge on how to properly bread and marinate fish and other meats. Being a part of The Heritage Hotel Manila's Butchery Kitchen is an honor. With all the new information I now possess, I eagerly anticipate applying my newfound skills and knowledge to advance in my chosen field.
