Hefty Power was established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2012, with the primary purpose to engage in the business of construction, including maintenance of power plants auxiliaries, transmission lines, substations, distribution systems and industrial facilities including general building and specialty such as: structural and fire protection works.The organization of Hefty Power was formed as a prime mover to power business development and to extend the technical capabilities in the acceleration of power generation, transmission and distribution projects, and revitalizing the power sector construction industry. We engaged in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects for the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), independent power producers (IPP’s) and other government entities.
