What’s it like working at Health Delivery System Inc?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Health Delivery System Inc appreciate the supportive colleagues who have become friends and treat each other like family. They value the company support and work exposure provided, as well as benefits like free refreshments, occasional free lunch, and overtime pay. The flexibility in scheduling and ability to leave as an outsourced employee is also appreciated. Management is seen as caring, compassionate, and practicing 'malasakit'.

However, there are some potential challenges. At times, internal needs may take priority over external customer needs. Employees can face a heavy workload due to staff shortages, leading to long overtime hours. There can also be a lack of resources like usable laptops and office supplies. Some feel the salary could be higher, and there are delays in processing professional fees. The onboarding process can be challenging for some, especially when transitioning from other fields.

The good thingsThe good thing I enjoyed working in the company are my colleagues who've became my friends, experience and support the company has provided.
The challengesThe thing that I did not like was when internal customer were priority instead of the external customer (when they try to satisfy their department needs first).
