    The experience I have gained made me a better person that is ready to take on challenges and opportunities.
    The good thingsThe good thing I enjoyed working in the company are my colleagues who've became my friends, experience and support the company has provided.
    The challengesThe thing that I did not like was when internal customer were priority instead of the external customer (when they try to satisfy their department needs first).

    The good thingsBosses are has care and compassion. The word "Malasakit" are always practice.

    im just a project base here, didn't give any importance or any benefits because I'm just a project base only.
    The good thingsill just appreciate what my task / job here even I don't have any appreciation from the company, even I don't have any benefits from there because for me having a job is a blessing. The good things is I'll just enjoy my co-workers here because they treat me as a family.
    The challengesno appreciation for employees specially for entry level to middle no opportunity the management is not good hassle type of work because lack of manpower, they didn't hire a lot of employees maybe they don't have enough budget

    The work itself is doable yet the workload may be overwhelming and the salary comes with a hefty 10% tax despite being less than 20,000php (TRAIN law)
    The good things- free water, (occasional) free lunch, and free coffee - schedule is a little flexible - you can leave anytime (as an outsource) - overtime pay is good - team leaders are amiable and very accommodating to inquiries and requests
    The challenges- the professional fee is always late and is processed very slowly (despite passing DTRs on time and supposedly paid weekly) - due to the large number of accounts, processing staff are asked to stay 3 to 15 hours overtime (sometimes even overnight) just to rush an account - often lacking in supplies and usable laptops

    Staffs and Employees are very nice and friendly, very good ambience, doable work but overwhelming workload and the salary is does not compensate with the job.

    The good thingsHealth first is a good company and has a conducive environment to work. I enjoyed everyday working there as it was well presented in work processes and my function as a nurse is integrated easily among the team.
    The challengesComing from another field of nursing, I had difficulty at first crash reviewing all the notes, mental and physical preparedness at that new field. I was able to adapt easily as the team was really helpful.
