The challengesVery poor and biased management. No proper training despite the promises given to us. Everything is pretty much self-taught. Low salary, tons of workload, and pressure. Not ideal for career growth.

It was good for a first job experience

The good thingsI enjoyed working with the people in Headstart Business Solutions Inc. I feel at home with my colleagues whenever we get together. Although we don't usually meet or get together, I see their support in what you want to do for the company. They support you emotionally and I think that is the most important support of all.

The challengesThere are some good traits but there are bad things also. I think they should set and improve the core build of there products. The company is nice, the people are nice. It's just that, the root issue of the products are still to be solved.
