    The good thingsI’ve enjoyed working with a supportive and helpful team. Communication is clear and the onboarding process was well organized, which made it easier to understand my role and responsibilities early on.

    Great company with work-life balance
    The good thingsGrateful to have this job, especially during the pandemic. I enjoy working here. The management is very approachable. Every employee has a good attitude. Most of all, I got to spend more time with myself and my family since it's currently work from home.
    The challengesYou need to provide your equipment. When there's an emergency power outage during work hours, you can't offset the hours and will incur a payroll deduction.

    The good thingsIt's so good for my mental health to have found a company that cares about their employees as much as they care about their business.
    The challengesThe only challenge there is in working for Medkismet probably is missing my colleagues. Other than that, everything's going great so far.

    Amazing Team / Work and Life Balance / Good Benefits and Incentives
    The good thingsWorking from home is already a big plus, i have more time with my family and i see my little one growing. Amazing team, they are all accommodating if you have questions. Great benefits and incentives that is really motivating. The management is also very understanding on the needs of the employees.
    The challengesOwn equipment must be provided and you need a strong internet connection, but they give us monthly allowances to make up for it.

    Flat structure, good benefits, excellent people
    The good thingsDynamic and agile company with very talented and young leadership team who accepts new ideas and suggestions. The incentive structure is a bit clear. High quality result is the name of the game in a simple but matrixed reporting environment.
    The challengesCoordinating with a client is done fully online so you need to be very creative and resourceful in coming up with results especially if solutions are not immediately available. The company is rapidly growing so documentation and trainings are not carried out so well.

    Everything is a WIN-WIN!
    The good thingsThe company is growing so you have a lot to explore where enable everyone to excel and showcase other skill sets. Work life balance is real - everyone has a high respect to each other, everyone's voice is important, and they will make you feel valuable. Stress is just 1 over 10 compare with other BPO companies - the US counterparts are very approachable... The management is very generous in all aspect -learnings, understanding EE situations, and rewarding extra efforts or valuable contributions. Everything is a WIN-WIN! :)

    The good thingsThey let you explore opportunities within the team, like being aware of other processes and having flexibility about it. Good client and very responsive HR and Manager. Good interrelationship and engagement with the team. Hoping to meet every one soon!
    The challengesYou need to provide your own equipment. They have a time tracker (App) which is okay, but they also have an interval report which I found not necessary and redundant since we already have a time tracker.

    The good thingsThis company focuses on the well-being of its employees, and that is the reason why we are still enjoying the perks of working at home. Also, the company outing that was stated as one of the perks on this company was honored, as we experienced this every year. Work load was manageable, not that stressful, and co-workers were easy to work with. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.
    The challengesOwn equipment must be provided, though we are given monthly allowances to make up for it. Work from home set up is some times affected due to unstable internet, largely affected during rainy days.

    Great Company with great people and benefits
    The good thingsI am very grateful on landing into this company thanks to my friend who referred me here. Working from home is one of the highlights in this company. I now have the time to spend with my family especially with my little one. Having an awesome set of workmates/teammates is a plus, too! The management is very approachable and easy to talk to whenever we have inquiries and/or concerns.
    The challengesThere's stress sometimes due to workloads but they are tolerable and expected as any other company.

    Great Company To Work With In Terms of People, Salary and Benefits.
    The good thingsI am grateful that I find this job. I enjoy my work here because I don't get stress and I love what I am doing. Since we work from home since the pandemic, I got to spend more time for myself and family. Their employees and management are friendly and awesome to work with too. They also give great benefits and perk. Over all, I can say that I would always recommend this company to others.
    The challengesWhen applying to this company, you should have your own equipment since they don't provide any. Here, you also need to file for a leave even if you don't have any plans for a specific quarter because they require you to use all your allocated leave since they cannot be carried over or converted at the end of the year. I just hope they can let us carry over some of our VL credits over the next quarter at least. I also feel sad that I have not experienced a Team Building though it says that it is one of the perks when working here but we do have company dinners and that somehow makes up for it but still, I do hope we get some Team Building soon :)

    The challengesThough we need to use your equipment to work, we are provided with monthly internet allowance. We haven't had a company team building yet but we do have team dinners and weekly activities.

    The good thingsMedkismet offers a competitive salary package and additional incentives. I can say they are employee-centered because the manager and admin are approachable and listens to their employees. The work/life balance is real, I was able to pick up on new hobbies which is a big deal for me! The work environment is great and not stressful. My colleagues have been supportive and encouraged me to expand my skill set.
    The challengesYou need to provide your own equipment, but we are given a monthly internet allowance. When there's a power outage during work hours, its timespan is counted as under time. You can't offset the hours so you have to accept the payroll deduction.

    The good thingsBelieve me when they said on the job ads that it has a non-stress working environment, I was really amaze about it the time I started. It also has really a Competitive salary package compare to other companies. What I really love is that our Manager is very down to earth to each and everyone of us. Our Offshore Clients and Partners too are the nicest and easy to deal with. Always willing to give you a hand when in need.
    The challengesOne is You need to provide your own device, but on the other hand they gave us monthly internet allowance which I think fair enough. Second is, There were only few employee engagement, training and development provided. So you need to challenge yourself sometimes to learn from your own and research (which I enjoyed sometimes).

    The good thingsThe company runs so efficiently and gives its employees a work-life balance! They have fantastic managers, HR, team leads, and coworkers. You may easily talk to them if you have any queries or problems; they will assist you without hesitation!

    Great company, one of the best!
    The good thingsHealthy work environment, WFH, boss is one of the best and encourages me a lot to excel and improve in my role. US Counterparts are nice and easy to deal with. Salary is also very competitive, much higher than similar jobs that require more work. Been to various "outsourcing" companies and Medkismet pays a lot more! Management is also very open for suggestions and always willing to negotiate.
    The challengesComputers not provided, but they do provide a monthly internet fee allowance. With time tracking software but understandable since we're on WFH. Not a lot of employee training/ development programs.
