It also has really a Competitive salary package compare to other companies. What I really love is that our Manager is very down to earth to each and everyone of us. Our Offshore Clients and Partners too are the nicest and easy to deal with. Always willing to give you a hand when in need.
The challengesOne is You need to provide your own device, but on the other hand they gave us monthly internet allowance which I think fair enough. Second is, There were only few employee engagement, training and development provided. So you need to challenge yourself sometimes to learn from your own and research (which I enjoyed sometimes).
