    The good thingsAs a newly hired employee, working environment is very healthy. You will be well guided on trainings. Teammates are responsive whenever you have conundrums and queries.

    An Excellent Management Team and a Great Work Environment!
    The good thingsThe company manages so well and provides a work-life balance to its employees! Manager, HR, team leads and co-workers are also great! You can approach them easily if you have questions or concerns, and they'll truly help you!

    Great benefits, Reasonable workload
    The good thingsThe company has good management and great benefits. I wish they provided laptops/equipment, though.
    The challengesNot much, except for their very strict monitoring. It's not too bad though, they're pretty reasonable.

    Enjoying my employment so far
    The good thingsIt's been amazing working in this company for the past 9 months. People are firnedly and are very approachable. The management has been exceptional especially with the weekly meetigs with higher ups just to check up on us. The thing I've loved the most so far are the company outings, 4x a year is really something else and you can't find that in other companies.
    The challengesI'm not sseing any challenges for now, since our set up is still WFH. But regardless if we were to report on site, which will be happening soon, it'll only be for once a week so it aint an issue for me.

    A Great Place to Work!
    The good thingsThe company has great culture and environment. They have the nicest bosses and HR. The work from home setup and the 5 days a week workdays really help in maintaining employees work life balance.
    The challengesThough the work is somewhat stressful due to the workload, it is a good opportunity to challenge yourself to become better employee and individual. The bosses will help you deal with those challenges and are very considerate and understanding.
