    Great company with work-life balance
    The good thingsGrateful to have this job, especially during the pandemic. I enjoy working here. The management is very approachable. Every employee has a good attitude. Most of all, I got to spend more time with myself and my family since it's currently work from home.
    The challengesYou need to provide your equipment. When there's an emergency power outage during work hours, you can't offset the hours and will incur a payroll deduction.

    Amazing Team / Work and Life Balance / Good Benefits and Incentives
    The good thingsWorking from home is already a big plus, i have more time with my family and i see my little one growing. Amazing team, they are all accommodating if you have questions. Great benefits and incentives that is really motivating. The management is also very understanding on the needs of the employees.
    The challengesOwn equipment must be provided and you need a strong internet connection, but they give us monthly allowances to make up for it.

    Great career growth and benefits!
    The good thingsThe company offers great career opportunity, benefits (like Vacation and Sick Leaves, HMO, Attendance Incentives, Performance based Incentives, and Internet Allowance) and good work environment. The management is quick and easy to deal with. Due to the pandemic, the management decided to have a WFH set up to ensure the safety of the employees.
    The challengesFew stress sometimes, due to workload.
