No trust, micromanaging, not being authentic, serve only profit not need, make employees' life difficult. Worklife balance is just a "slogan" in this company. Those perks just something to cover up the insufficient of benefits provided by company. Career growth is just applicable for people who willing to be YES MAN / bootlicker.
