    The good thingsThere are so much to do. Feels like the company is really growing. Clients are good size. I will know more in the coming months/years so let's see.
    The challengesThere is so much to learn. Anyone who is new will need to step up and learn - the software, the process, the deployment, the customer issues. But I guess challenges are good.
