    If you love challenges, this is the place.
    The good thingsThere are so much to do. Feels like the company is really growing. Clients are good size. I will know more in the coming months/years so let's see.
    The challengesThere is so much to learn. Anyone who is new will need to step up and learn - the software, the process, the deployment, the customer issues. But I guess challenges are good.

    Challenging but rewarding
    The good thingsThe company benefits are good and coworkers are helpful when you need anything. The company provides up to date computers and has good training programs.
    The challengesIt can be challenging working from home during the pandemic but I am glad they don't force me into the office. I sometimes have to put in extra hours to meet deadlines.
