A company with good training and benefits but held back by a toxic team culture.
The good thingsthe management including supervisor and director the structured training, you will learn a lot from this company. the salary packages worklife balance and team engagement
The challengesThe company is not a great place to work because of toxic colleagues. they will power trip the new hires, even if you deliver your job, they will still cancel you.

Toxic environment and no work life balance
The good thingsColleagues are easy to work with and friendly
The challengesThe values are not really what we thought, it is just to attract people joining the company. No trust, micromanaging, not being authentic, serve only profit not need, make employees' life difficult. Worklife balance is just a "slogan" in this company. Those perks just something to cover up the insufficient of benefits provided by company. Career growth is just applicable for people who willing to be YES MAN / bootlicker.

The good thingsok salary, good benefits and travel allowance, good HMO(Maxicare), 5 yr retirement option, energetic people, competitive people

These are the pros and cons
The good thingsWork environment is very welcoming; the location is accessible; salary and benefits are very competitive.
The challengesUnless you have a background in the banking industry, it'll be hard to fit in [especially for Supervisors and up]. Expectations are high, you gotta keep up or else... I've never been so stressed about work in my life while I was there.

i am currently working here. Salary is competitive for specialists but low for agents
The good thingsIf you are a non-ot employee you get the best schedule ever! You are paid based on your output and not on the amount of time u spend at work. We have retirement plan that is way better than sss and pagibig benefits combined! Profit sharing every year and Medical Reimbursement!
The challengesNo leave coversion and allowance depends on your schedule, it 's not 'matic

Continuously growing to be Fortune 500!
The good thingsGreat benefits and good people. If you’re looking for a place to start your career in the BPO, this is a good company. If you’re a performer, you have better chances of getting promoted. 5yr. retirement plan is a plus for tenured employees too!
    The challengesStrict rules but manageable.

If you've been in a BPO industry long enoug and if you want to move up, this is the company for you :)
The good thingsI have been here for only 3 weeks and still under training but it's already starting to feel like home. I wish I could've learned about the company sooner because it's a really good company. Benefits are better than what other financial companies offer.
The challengesNone so far. If you think that it's hard, it means that you're growing. :) this is totally different than the regular call center. We ARE NOT a call center/BPO :)

A better Global Payments i wish..
The good thingsIf you are after the HMO, I would suggest that you apply here.. They have 2 free dependents and they also have medicine reimbursement that some comapny doesnt offer. They also have this retirement plan that you can get after staying for 5 years in the company. They have allowances and night differential for mid and night shifters.
The challengesWhen it comes to communications from the HR, it always comes late. Would be better that they sent the email ahead of time to their employees for any events that will happen. Also, it is much better that the Team Leaders they choose for every departments/teams always undergoes training to make their skills better. The salary is also low. If you are looking for a high salary then this is not for you
