A company with good training and benefits but held back by a toxic team culture.
The good thingsthe management including supervisor and director the structured training, you will learn a lot from this company. the salary packages worklife balance and team engagement
The challengesThe company is not a great place to work because of toxic colleagues. they will power trip the new hires, even if you deliver your job, they will still cancel you.

Toxic environment and no work life balance
The good thingsColleagues are easy to work with and friendly
The challengesThe values are not really what we thought, it is just to attract people joining the company. No trust, micromanaging, not being authentic, serve only profit not need, make employees' life difficult. Worklife balance is just a "slogan" in this company. Those perks just something to cover up the insufficient of benefits provided by company. Career growth is just applicable for people who willing to be YES MAN / bootlicker.
