    If you want to work here, I wouldn't recommend trading. They would rather replace you than pay you nor promote your salary equal to your market value. Office politics also exists.

    The challengesThe management sees us as pawns. They would rather hire new talent than to retain their already trained and well-versed employees. They would rather spend more money acquiring people than to raise your salary.
