    If you want to work here, I wouldn't recommend trading. They would rather replace you than pay you nor promote your salary equal to your market value. Office politics also exists.
    The good thingsI'm close with my colleagues and they are fun to work with.
    The challengesThe management sees us as pawns. They would rather hire new talent than to retain their already trained and well-versed employees. They would rather spend more money acquiring people than to raise your salary.

    The good thingsI was assigned in the maintenance department. Basically, the work order in there isn't the same everyday. Thus, everyday is a new day! There were off-days where not much was done, so we try to read/review manuals to understand more on the operation and troubleshooting of the equipments and/or machines. We were lucky enough to have entered in the company as on-the-job trainees during the final phase of the preventive maintenance service of the maintenance department, because there are a lot of work order coming in and we enjoyed observing and helping.. in a way. Over-all it was an amazing experience to get to be trained in this company.
