    It's a nurturing team that I want to be a part of in the next three decades.
    The good things- monthly incentives for agents reaching team target - weekly life-guide activity (wellness, health seminar, financial seminar) - fun team building activities - one stop shop assistance in permits and government ids - hmo - free coffee unlimited, and good affordable canteen food - free food for those rendering overtime, or holiday work - game room, karaoke room, sleep room - 13th month + 14th month Bonus for qualified performing people
    The challengesWould love to have the shuttle van program expanded to more locations (or carpooling). Transport assistance is a big help especially to those who are renting.

    good to get experience here but not stay too long coz your life will be toxic
    The good thingsHybrid set up/ working at home is a good thing happen
    The challengesEveryday queing and the average of agent is not enough to cover the call, the account im working with today is very toxic. Taking wrap up to take a breath for the high que still monitor by TL's, agents not stay too long on this account coz very toxic thats the reason there is always QUE of 100-200 everyday

    Still A Great Place To WorkThe good things are the proximity of travel and the flexible work schedule they give depending on the management/client's prerogative. Plus the company is exerting effort in continuous improvement. The challenges are mostly career growth/progression and compensation because roles are changing but the title and salary are still the same making an employee feel overworked but underpaid.

    The challengesToxic account / Too many PKT exams and QA monitoring. The closing shift was not good as there are not much agents taking the calls on that shift. Super queuing from 70-85 calls

    Having a work-life balance is a must and having a thought out Daily commute route is needed for you to enjoy working at Genpact
    The good thingsat my time they offered a 2-week paid training which is a plus, they were thorough with the training that helped ease out the anxiety for our first practical training which is mock call then a one supervised real call.
    The challengesfor me would be my very first call with a customer since the training, with all the anxiety of dealing with a real customer, but once you end that first call everything goes.

    This company gave me so much challenges where my skills were tested in so many ways.
    The good thingsThis company has a room for growth development and opportunities. They offer a lot of trainings for their people in case you might be interested. Pioneers/employers of the company are much approachable and are very nice.

    The challengesOrganic growth is challenging as I was part of a small-sized account. Even if I was compensated well (during promotion and every annualization), offer given to external hires is (at least) 30%-50% more.
