    Great for people who wants stable job and good retirement
    The good thingsi enjoy the work culture and the work process. Managers are approachable often and trainings are are always updated.
    The challengesI find it challenging that sometimes tools needs to be improved or properly executed. and sometimes perks takes a lot of procedures. work schedule is manageable but it can be demanding on certain occasions.
