Frost is a selfless organization that wants the best for its employees. There's lots of opportunities to grow, not just in your job description, but as an overall person and a professional.

The good thingsFrost has an amazing culture, nurtured by the people inside. There will always be challenges to keep you on your toes. Leadership and accountability is always being encouraged and you're trained to do your best in whatever you do. I'm a designer but in Frost, it means much more than just making things look pretty and pushing pixels. I learned how to articulate my design decisions, deliver presentations, do proper planning, and say less BS. I've always thought of Frost as a monastery in the movies where the main character somehow ends up after hitting bedrock in life. I've been burnt out of work and almost quit and just wanted to take a totally different career path. But Frost has shown me what I could be, and after a few years, I've learned more things than I could.

The challengesThis company is definitely not for the faint-hearted. You're expected to be always on top of your work. Stress can be challenging to manage, but people will always support you and help out.

The good thingsIn my entire working experience, I have never worked for a company that has genuine care for their employees like Frost. Working for a company that encourages innovation is both a privilege and a great opportunity for someone like me who is motivated and thrilled by challenges. As a technical person, solving problems in the way we work through innovative solutions is a different kind of high.

The challengesBecause we are small we tend to do multiple things on top of our role. It is a challenge but also essential. It all boils down how you manage your work and think forward to avoid problems in the future.
