Locally, Payless ShoeSource is managed by franchise holder, Footwear Specialty Retailers, Inc., a division of Stores Specialists, Inc., under the Rustan Group of Companies. Payless ShoeSource Philippines has been operating since 2010 with stores in Metro Manila, Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Lucena, Pampanga, Subic, Bacolod, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo and Pangasinan. Due to the continued growth of our company, we are opening new stores in different locations soon.     Working here is an oppurtunity talaga kase makakasundo mo ang mga staff. Kelangan mo lang maging mapanuri sa pagpili ng store head. Because i also roving different branch of payless pero mas gusto ko sa kanila kaysa sa area na nilagay ako. Kaya daming pumapasok na benta sa kanila kase maganda ang leadership ng storehead, while sa amin lage kaming ini stress.di marunong magdala ng staff ang storehead, kaya maraming umaalis ket ilang araw pa lang. dahil sa kanya. Sana bigyan ng chance ng Hr na kausapin ang staff nya regarding sa mga head nila.
