    I enjoy my work life balance.
    The good thingsI love the benefits. especially the 16 days of paid vacation leave and 16 days of sick leave and the significant salary increase.

    Working here is an oppurtunity talaga kase makakasundo mo ang mga staff. Kelangan mo lang maging mapanuri sa pagpili ng store head. Because i also roving different branch of payless pero mas gusto ko sa kanila kaysa sa area na nilagay ako. Kaya daming pumapasok na benta sa kanila kase maganda ang leadership ng storehead, while sa amin lage kaming ini stress.di marunong magdala ng staff ang storehead, kaya maraming umaalis ket ilang araw pa lang. dahil sa kanya. Sana bigyan ng chance ng Hr na kausapin ang staff nya regarding sa mga head nila.

    The good thingsImmediate manager. Teammates. Work environment. HR department is very friendly but firm which is understandable. Average stress level at work (you don’t take home your work & they respect you when you are on leave). Employee sales. Will help you develop skills needed to become an effective professional.

    The challengesThere is a lot of activities in my workplace , attending to your customer needs plus keeping align to your company's target. A great deal of time management, people management is what I have learned in managing a customer driven company.

    The good thingsThe people you work with. Most are at my age (20s) so I did adapt easily. Not much work to do so more time in other non related work

    The good thingsThe best thing about this company is the bond of the employees to managers.. They teach us how to do well in service and how to cope with different people. Aside of weekly and monthly incentives that we get when we achieve our daily target, we can also get the best smile from our customers everyday that touches our hearts.
    The challengesThe only challenges that we get through everyday is to achieved our daily goals for us to have a cash incentives. This is a plus factor to became a good service and how to sell more items individually.
