What’s it like working at Food And Nutrition Research Institute?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at the Food And Nutrition Research Institute appreciate the opportunity to conduct field research and engage in technical writing, allowing them to go beyond office work. They feel their suggestions are heard and appreciated in a supportive environment with good workmates and bosses. Employees also value the chance to learn new things through workshops and trainings, and some enjoy the benefits provided.

However, there are potential challenges, such as concerns about low funding from the government. Contract employees may not have access to certain benefits like Philhealth and SSS, and some trainings are exclusive to regular employees. There is a low turnover rate of employees, which could limit career growth. Additionally, there are concerns about administrative processes, such as application and salary processing being handled by employees rather than HR/Accounting. Contract employees also do not receive 13th month pay.
