    The good thingsWe are not confined in the four corners of our office. we do field research as well as technical writing.

    If you want to enhance your research skills this is ideal place for you!
    The good thingsMinimal supervision, my suggestions are always heard and appreciated. I get to travel while doing work and very supportive workmates and bosses (at NRDG department). I get to experience being part of doing research from the technical writing to intervention. I get to experience new things and get to learn through workshops and trainings.
    The challengesAs a contractual's perspective. Do not have benefits for contractuals (Philhealth , SSS, and others). Trainings and seminars are usually exclusive to regular employees. Low turnover rate of employees. Process of application and salary are processed by the employee not the HR/Accounting. Do not have 13th month pay.
