    Good company but worst management to work on

    The challengesToxic working environment caused by the Managers itself. Incompetent too. HR lacking of experience and don't know how to handle staff concern. Career advancement is based only if you are favored by the Management and not on standards. Does not care about employees and no work-life balance. Lack of strategic management resulting in if there are errors, the staff is always to blame.

    The challengesThe challenging part with FGTI is that they only focus on company profit, they don't care if their employee is burned out. They think of the employee as a paid robot. There is also no work life balance. Their strategic management in operation is also weak, there is no proper standard for each task, so when the company has a loss, the staff is immediately to blame.

Managers in this company are very entitled, power trips a lot, they are the one that causes toxic environment, instead of helping you grow. Politics environment

Operating 100% during pandemic doesn't think the health of their employees. Managers in this company are very entitled, power trips a lot, they are the one that causes toxic environment, instead of helping you grow.

    Great pay, but inconsiderate management
    The good thingsThe pay and benefits are good. You are insured, get to enjoy a buffet lunch once a month, receive bonuses and get high salary. Also most of the co-workers are nice and real friendship can really bloom inside the company
    The challengesThe management does not care about you at all. Just because you are paid quite high compared to other companies, they will never considerate your feelings and would just decide on things that is favorable for the company. They wouldn't care if there's pandemic or what, all they think about is how can the company earn a profit. Also, there are no opportunities for career development here. If you want to grow as a professional, avoid this company.
