    The challengesToxic working environment caused by the Managers itself. Incompetent too. HR lacking of experience and don't know how to handle staff concern. Career advancement is based only if you are favored by the Management and not on standards. Does not care about employees and no work-life balance. Lack of strategic management resulting in if there are errors, the staff is always to blame.

    The challengesThe challenging part with FGTI is that they only focus on company profit, they don't care if their employee is burned out. They think of the employee as a paid robot. There is also no work life balance. Their strategic management in operation is also weak, there is no proper standard for each task, so when the company has a loss, the staff is immediately to blame.
