    The good thingsGood salary, only salary nothing else.
    The challengesThe management/HR lack of experience and professionalism, they don't care about the employees and only thinks about the profit of the company. Managers in this company are very entitled, power trips a lot, they are the one that causes toxic environment, instead of helping you grow. Politics environment
