    Very challenging
The good thingsThe challenge of changing the process to address the pressing and emerging needs of the company to be competitive. The organization as well as the employees on the middle and lower level are open to new ways of thinking and working but we have challenges in the upper level of management. So the approach is to start first with top management and the intervention is team building emphasizing on teamwork and openness.
The challengesThe mindset of some upper and middle management that can hinder the changes that needs to be done in order to meet the challenges poised by competitors. The concept of walk the talk should also need to be improved vigorously that should start from top management so that the middle and lower group may understand the changes that is being initiated by the company in general. Accepting new thinking should also be need to improve by old management team.
