    The good thingsA weekly feedback was provided to me when I started working for ESC. At first it was hard because I did not really want to be pressured with work during training. I do appreciate it all the more I stayed with the Company as it gave me the chance to see how I am doing and a real time feedback is provided.
    The challengesIt can get busy with so many tasks to be done all at the same time, but nothing beyond what can't be done as a team!
